What's your favorite kind of pizza: I've become pretty obsessed with Chicago's deep dish pizza since my last visit there, but also my mother's home made Sicilian pizza. It's like nothing you've ever had before. Its thin crust with yellow and red peppers, eggplant, basil and lemon. Ultimately she makes it however you want it. However I also need to throw in some good words for that amazing pizza in Italy, and I'm not talking about pizza in the tourist areas. I'm talking about that real good pizza made by and for the true Italians who inhabit Italy. Mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil- oh my! I could go on about food....plain cheese cake with fresh berries and whip cream is a way to my heart- just saying. We can dress up the cheese cake like a slice of pizza! Yes, this is my new favorite kind of pizza. And hey, it has cheese in it :) I'm glad I just created this because honestly pizza isn't my favorite food item. :p
Do you identify with labels: Labels tend to outline my evolution of how I came to be. There's always a story behind that time in my life when I felt or thought I was 'that label. I breathe change and seem to be in constant metamorphosis, a chameleon flipping the switch from one color to another but with a fundamental baseline. I experience those bumps in the road, little hiccups here and there, that everyone else runs into. The truth is, I'm never 'just' that person I was yesterday- I'm that person and then some. I'd like to believe I'm someone better and someone who's more aware. I've gone through almost any and every label and stereotype that exists, whether I gave myself a label or someone else called me so. Whether it be 'good' or 'bad,' I've learned about who I am from experiencing different versions of myself. Perspective is relative and labels are just that.
Labels I identify with: Sapiosexual, Androgynous, Genderqueer, Fluid, Stemme, Femme, Lesbian, Oxymoron. All I know is that what ever I'm feeling today, tomorrow, or in a month from now- it feels good and it feels right. It feels like me. My labels evolve with me, but my baseline is Sapiosexual.
How young or old are you: "Old enough to know better, young enough not to care."
What color socks are you wearing right now: This would probably be a great question if I was actually wearing socks right now. Sadly all my socks are white or black except for one pair that are purple with a cat holding onto a banana. Sums up my life.
Manhattan or Brooklyn: Both are nice, but nothing beats summer nights in upstate NY with green grass under my bare feet, a blanket of stars over my head and a chorus of wildlife in surround sound. #farmgirl
Favorite thing in your closet: My sense of humor and my father's magician's cape that he made himself.
Special talent: 1) Compartmentalizing (adapting for survival) 2) Walking away (Understanding fight or flight) 3) Being a chameleon (appearance-wise) 4) Advocate for those who are unable to speak up for themselves. And 5) the art of seduction (but have you watched Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love, 1996)
Your look inspirations: Someone I'd like to fxck...(am I allowed to say this?); If not: Look inspirations are a collection of everyone I've ever met & fictional characters. I am not original, but I'm not a copy either; somewhere in between— a collaborative piece of flesh.
Insta followers: This question is like when I'm on Tinder and someone asks how tall I am. They'll tell me how tall they are and proceed to ask for my height again. I'll tell them I'm either shorter or taller than they are, but they insist on knowing a specific height. Does this really matter? I don't think of my value by my number of followers, so let's just say I have 0 so you can get to know me outside of social media and focus on whether you actually like me or not.
